Luxury Crochet Bags

Due to the handmade nature of our luxury crochet bags, each piece is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before shipment. Every bag is made with intention, making each piece uniquely yours.

We accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

-To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom colors

  • Special orders

  • Made-to-order items

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

All sales are final there are NO Refunds/Exchanges or returns due to the nature of product.

*Please note that all merchandise is inspected before shipment. We do not accept returns for items that are damaged.    

-Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. 

-Merchandise must be returned within 7 days. 

-Merchandise must have all original tags. 

-Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns. 
 
*Lambino Co LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. In the event of a lost/stolen package, please contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) to file a claim.
